Jamie Dearing founded Rodeo Queen University in 2011 to educate and encourage leaders of high moral character within the Western Culture and Agriculture Industry. With years of experience in farming, ranching, livestock production, rodeo, rodeo queen education, rodeo queen pageant participation and directing, Jamie shares her expertise and passion for mentoring young women to teach their clients to go live out their true authentic faith in real life experiences.

- Life-long friendships are built. Jamie calls us Sash Sisters. We share a common bond of the love of the horse, queening and of course plenty of bling.
- The girls receive expert education in horsemanship, tack equipment safety and rodeo knowledge.
- Grace, poise and public speaking skills are part of the teaching at Rodeo Queen University.
- Classroom time and instruction gives the girls in-depth teaching and a chance to practice publicly the last day of camp in front of their peers and family.
